She trained in the school of hard knocks and with
legendary musician Scrumbly Koldewyn of Cockettes fame. The Award Winning Burlesque Troupe The Lollies invited her to sing some sultry songs and bawdy Broadway tunes and the rest is history!
She began collecting sheet music provided to her by uber collector, Bob Grimes. He saved the naughty 1920's flapper songs for her and opened up new worlds of fun! She scoured the library and thrift shops for dusty old sheet music to revive.
When not traveling the country and abroad to play , sing, and MC variety shows, Suzanne flitters about town playing in a variety of piano bars and clubs bringing mirth and merriment wherever she goes. She loves the Tin Pan Alley era and the glamour of old Hollywood musicals . She throws in punk rock covers and toe tapping power rock ballads for good measure. Her voice channels a Punk Rock Betty Boop and a Gritty Mae West Oomph!
She's been in a myriad of shows including
the touring show Burlesquefest , Cabaret New Burlesque In France, Steve Murray's VIVA Variety, Spectacular Spectacular,The Kit Kat Follies, Cabaret Verdalet ,RJ Owen's Dirty Little Secret at the Plush Room, Miss Exotic World Pageant , Trannyshack, Teaseorama Burlesque Convention ,The Venetian Room, Up The Code Burlesque Revue at the Balboa Movie Palace , NY Burlesque Festival, and a UK tour with Punk Band THE DAMNED to name a few.
